4 Chicken breasts salt and pepper to taste 6 slices of swiss cheese 1/2 c. white wine 1 stick melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. stuffing mix
Preheat oven 300º. Place chicken in casserole dish and place cheese on top of chicken. Mix together wine, soup, salt and pepper and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing and butter and spread on top of dish. Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours checking after minutes.
