1 lb. bacon, diced. Fry crisp, drain. 1 large onion, chopped. Fry in drippings. Drain. If you're using canned: 3 cans carrots If you're using fresh: About 6 cups sliced 1 can cheddar cheese soup Blend with 1/2 c. RICH milk Pepper to taste
Mix all. Pour in casserole. Bake 350º for 30 - 40 minutes, covered.
