1/4 c. flour 1 - 16 oz. cream corn 1 - 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 - 16 oz.whole corn - drained 1 - 6 oz. mushrooms - drained 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices) 3 tbsp. melted butter
Blend and heat the flour, cream corn, cream cheese, and onion salt. Add the whole corn, mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Pour into baking dish. Top with combined bread crumbs and butter. Bake in 350º oven for 1/2 hour.
