Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. veal
1 onion, chopped
small bunch of celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can mushrooms (undrained)
1 can (med.) small peas (undrained)
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 green pepper
1 sm. can chopped pimentos
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, pepper, onions and celery in butter. Mix all ingredients together in large greased casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top and continue baking at 300 for 1/2 hour.
