4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. white sugar 2 c. milk 1/2 c. flour 1 c. coconut 1/4 c. butter or margarine
Put all ingredients into a blender at one time. Blend until all are mixed together well. Pour into 10" pie pan and bake 1 hr. at 350º. When pie is done the crust will be on the bottom, custard in middle and coconut on top. You can omit coconut and use a little nutmeg.
