2 c. peanut butter
1 - 12 oz. package chocolate chips
1 - 12 oz. package butterscotch chips
1/2 lb. butter
1 small package Instant Vanilla Pudding (3 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 lbs. powdered sugar (one bag)
1 lb. salted peanuts

Directions:

Melt together the peanut butter and chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread half of this mixture into the bottom of a buttered jelly roll pan. Refrigerate to harden.

Melt the butter, stir in the pudding mix, milk, and heat for 1 minute. Add the vanilla and beat in the powdered sugar. Spread this over the hardened chocolate layer in the pan.

Press the salted peanuts into this layer. Pour the last half of the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over this. Cool and cut into squares.
