1 large can corn, un-drained
1 large can creamed corn
1 egg
1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter or margarine
16 oz. sour cream


Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Spray 9x13 baking dish. Add mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
