1 can white corn
1 can early peas
1 can French green beans
1/2 c chopped onions
1 c. carrots, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 T. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all veggies. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over veggies. Chill for 1 hour.
