1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
30 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, sour cream, veggies, salt pepper, and cheese. Slowly add potatoes to soup mixture until all potatoes are covered well. Put mixture into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
