1 c. packed fresh basil
1/2 c. snipped parsley
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. pine nuts
1-2 garlic cloves
1/3 c. olive oil
2-3 Roma tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Put basil, parsley, cheese, pine nuts, and garlic in the food processor. After it is finely chopped, mix with olive oil. Cut up the tomatoes to garnish the top. Serve hot or cold with your favorite pasta.
