1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger (1/4 tsp. if using fresh ginger)
1 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. oil
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients completely and marinate your meat in the mixture.

I marinate chicken chunks and put on kabob sticks (without vegetables) and grill them for the best flavor.

If marinating flank steaks - they should be grilled at a medium temperature for 5 minutes on each side.
