1 box bread stuffing
8 lbs. boneless chicken breast
1/4 c. melted butter
1 T. salt
1 c. concentrated orange juice
1 tsp.garlic granules
1/3 c. white or blush wine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the orange juice, butter, wine and spices - mix well. Prepare stuffing as directed on the box. Mold the stuffing into eight 1/2 cup mounds and place in a 9x13 pan. Cover the stuffing mounds with the chicken breasts. Baste the chicken with the orange juice mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. (You may baste the chicken a second time, halfway through the baking time.)
