Sharp cheese grated finely (depending on how much you desire to make- 8 to 10 oz, or even a lb. if the occasion calls for it)
sweet pickles, grated finely, accordingly to amount of cheese used
Spanish olives (stuffed with pimento) grated coarsely
Mayonnaise, accordingly
Ritz crackers toasted until brown, crumble into mixture
sugar, depending on amt. of recipe made (usually 2 to 3 tsp)
salt & pepper to taste
sweet pickle juice (from your jar of sweet pickles) dash of paprika

Clean and Chill celery cavities.Grate cheese first, prepare other ingredients, add them, stir with fork until mixture is well blended. Chill in fridge until mixture is set, or firm. Fill cleaned and chilled celery cavities.
