1 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
3 - 5 tsp. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 pan. In large bowl mix all top ingredients except chocolate chips and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle immediately with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes and then spread evenly. In small bowl mix the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the bars. Cool completely. Cut into 36 bars.
