1 cup flour, 1 1/2 T. sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cup cornmeal, 2 eggs (beaten), 1 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 stick butter (melted).

Mix together. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes in a 9 inch square pan.
