1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup margarine (not butter) 1 cup oil 2 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cream of tarter 4 cups of flour plus 2 TBLS. flour
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tarter together; set aside. In another bowl cream sugars, margarine, oil, and eggs. Then gradually add flour mixture. Mix well. Roll teaspoonfuls into balls then dip in sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes in 375º oven.
