1 c. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
Finely chopped nuts (optional)
Butter Brickle or Heath Pieces (optional)

Directions:
Line cookie sheet with foil. Place club crackers (evenly spaced together) on bottom of cookie sheet. Boil butter and brown sugar for 2 minutes and then pour carefully over crackers. Place in 400 degree oven for 5 - 10 minutes. It will become bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let sit for a few minutes. Spread chocolate chips with knife and sprinkle with Heath Pieces or nuts (your choice). Let cool. Turn over on cutting board and pull tin foil out. Break into bite sized pieces and eat. I store mine in the refrigerator so they do not get soft.
