1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. raisins
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in pan. Stir over medium heat until bubbles slightly. Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients till crumbly. Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan. Spread hot mixture over. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and press down. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
