1/2 lb. round steak, sliced
2 cans french onion soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
Rice or noodles
corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles or rice. Cook meat in skillet until medium rare. Place meat to the side. In skillet mix soup and mushrooms. Thicken with corn starch mixture. Just before serving, add meat and sour cream to the soup mixture. Serve over rice or noodles.
