This is for a crowd!
some garlic
a few Onions
a few Green Peppers
1 Jalapeno pepper
2 pkgs. ground turkey
alot of olive oil (1/2 inch)
chili powder
salt and pepper
2 cans whole tomatoes (smushed with your hand)
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 can each of canneloni beans, black beans,
kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
In olive oil--fry onions, garlic, green pepper and 1/2 jalapeno until slightly mushy. Season with a bit of chili powder. Add ground turkey and season with a bit more chili powder and salt and pepper. Add smushed tomatoes and crushed tomatoes and rest of jalapeno, and all beans. Cook forever and season how you like it.
