2-3 chicken breasts, chopped in pieces
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 head of green leaf lettuce
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 T. slivered almonds
4 green onions, chopped
2 oz.won tons, cut into thirds
2 oz. rice sticks
Dressing:
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
3-4 T. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken pieces with soy sauce and sugar or favorite teriyaki sauce. Bake at 350 until done.
Salad: Chop lettuce and onions in salad bowl. Add almonds. Fry wontons and rice sticks. Place on a side dish.
Dressing: Blend all ingredients well. Refridgerate until ready to serve. Add chicken, salad, won tons and dressing when ready to eat.

When cooking rice sticks, make sure oil is very hot. Rice sticks only need to expand and then take out of oil promptly.
Dressing is better when refrigerated over night.
