Dried Figs, remove stems and cut in half
or dried blueberries
Port Wine
Balsamic Vinegar
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put dried figs or dried blueberries in sauce pan. Cover with the following ingredients:
Port wine - 2 parts
Balsamic Vinegar - 1 part
Sugar - 1 part
Simmer over medium to medium low heat until thick and syrupy.

As much as you like, just adjust quantities.

Delicious with grilled pork, steak or lamb. Figs can be blended for a nice pizza base. This can be divided and stored in freezer.
