1 lb. beef (thinly sliced in strips)
1 tbsp. salad oil
salt and pepper
bok choy
oyster sauce
corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef in oil. Cut up 1 bunch of bok choy and add to meat. Add 1 tbsp. oyster sauce. Make a paste with 1 tsp. corn starch and water. Keep adding in small amounts until desired thickness.
