1 stick margarine, melted
1 (1 lb) box light brown sugar
3 eggs
4 tbsp whipping cream
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. broken pecans
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine. Add sugar, eggs, and whipping cream. Beat until well-blended. Add flour, vanilla, pecans and coconut. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min. Let cool slightly, and cut into small squares. Store in covered container lined with wax paper.
