1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. water
1 can bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain. In wok or pan, add onion, celery and water and cook for 15 minutes. Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts. Combine soy sauce, sugar, 2 tbsp. water and corn starch. Add to meat mixture and combine with vegetables. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve with rice and noodles.
