1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 T. lemon juice
1 cup green grapes, halved
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup cashews
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, mix in the rest of the ingredients, except cashews and grapes. Pour mayo mixture over chicken mixture and fold together. Allow to chill 1-2 hours. Just before serving, add cashews and grapes. Serve on lettuce leaf or in croissants.
