3 T. butter
flour
milk
1/2 cup Cheddar, American, or Velveta cheese
pasta - 1/2 package
salt and pepper

Hard-cooked eggs
toast

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roue with butter, flour, and milk. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is warm. Add to cooked macaraoni and serve.

Personal Notes:
Using the same recipe minus the macaroni and cheese, slice 3-5 hard-boiled eggs into the gravy. Serve over toast.
