7 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 thinly sliced green pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tsp celery seed
tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cucumbers, onion, green pepper and salt together. Let stand 2 hours and drain. Combine vinegar, sugar, celery and mustard seeds in saucepan. Bring to boil: and cool. Pour over vegetables and let stand in ref. for 2 or 3 days. Put in containers (do not use plastic). Store in refrigerator or freezer.
