1 yellow cake mix., 20 oz can crushed pineaple, 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding, 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 c milk, 1 8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the yellow cake mix according to the package in a 9 x 12 pan. Cool - Drain the pineapple. In bowl beat the vanilla pudding, cr. cheese, milk till smooth and spread over top of cooled cake. Spread the drained pineaple over the pudding mixture. Cover with Cool Whip. Optional Sprinkle with nuts or coconut. Refrigerate.
