6 large Potatoes
Water to cover potatoes
2 cans of Campbell’s cheddar cheese soup
1 can evaporated milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Shredded cheddar cheese
bacon bits
chives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes for 20 minutes and leave small amount of water in bottom of pan. Add soup and milk. Salt & pepper and simmer on low until thickened. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits & chives on top
