1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
1 c Sugar
1 c Cinnamon
5 lg Apples
1 Caramel Topping

Crumble Topping:
3/4 c Flour
3/4 c Oats
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cinnamon together to taste. Peel and slice apples. Place crust in pie dish. Drop 2 tsp butter, sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture, twizzle some caramel. Layer in about half the sliced apples and repeat 1st step. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake for 30 mins at 350. In a small bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter until crumbly. After 30 mins, spread crumble mixture on top of pie - top with the remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture and twizzle some caramel. Bake for another 40 mins until crust and topping is brown.
