2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. grated zucchini

Directions:

Mix well. Bake in greased and floured loaf tins. Bake at 325. Makes 2 loaves.
