6-8 potatoes or 1 pkg frozen shredded potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 reg. can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2-3 green onions
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil, peel and shred potatoes (or be lazy and use the frozen kind, but it doesn't taste quite as good!) Saute chopped green onions in butter and add to the soup, sour cream, 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese and potatoes. Mix well and place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
