1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
3-4 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pumpkin, 2 c. sugar and oil. Add eggs. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 15x10x1 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. In another bowl, cream the cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar. Add milk until desired spreading consistency. Frost cake when cooled.
