3 sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Remove skins. Whip until fluffy. Add eggs, 1/2 c. butter and vanilla. Put in a greased casserole dish. Combine 1/3 c. butter, flour, brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
