1 1/2 c. strawberries
4 c. one inch long rhubarb pieces
1 1/2 c/ sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tbsp butter for topping
1 egg (well beaten)
Directions:
Directions:
Place mixture in crust. Cut up butter and put on top. Place on top on crust and cut slits for steam. Place on rack in lower part of oven with cookie sheet or aluminum foil to catch drippings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
