3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 boneless pork loin chops
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops. Place in a greased baking dish. Press crumbs on top and sides of chops. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear and topping is lightly browned.
