1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. Olive Oil
1/4 c. Distilled Vinegar
3 tsp. crushed minced garlic
1/2 red bell pepper minced
1/2 small red onion minced
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 pinches salt
3 pinches sugar
6 chicken breast (I use boneless/skinless)

Directions:

Combine in large resealable plastic bag. Seal, and mix ingredients together. Add chicken, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours. This is best grilled.
