8 cups diced peeled potatoes
1/3 C. chopped onion
3 cans chicken broth (14 oz each)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10 oz.)
tsp. pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 jar real bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, onion, chicken broth, soup and pepper in a crockpot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese and bacon bits. Mix together with electric mixer until cheese is melted and chowder is well blended.
