1 can plum tomatoes, chopped into hunks
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup olive oil
fresh basil, cut up
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
salt
Parmesan cheese
Fresh loaf of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil approximately 1 1/2 minutes until hot. Then add garlic; take off heat & let cool. Add tomatoes and seasonings. The marinade should be prepared in advance so flavors can blend. When ready to serve, cut bread into thick slices, spread tomato mixture on bread. Place in oven and heat at 325 degrees. When browned slightly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve.
