2 cans whole Water Chestnuts (drained) 1 lb. Bacon Toothpicks
Sauce.. 1/2 cup Chili Sauce 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1 cup Brown Sugar
Mix sauce ingredients. Set aside. Cut bacon stips in half and wrap each chestnut with 1/2 bacon slice. Secure with toothpick and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes. Drain. Cover chestnuts with the sauce and return to oven for about 30 minutes.
