3-4 boneless chicken breasts
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp cumin
3 cans (15oz) Great Northern white beans, plus liquid
1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, plus liquid
1 can (12 oz) white or yellow corn, plus liquid
2 TBSP chicken bouillon

Tortilla chips

Cheese, sour cream, avocado for toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except toppings and tortilla chips) in crock pot and cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Shred chicken before serving. Top with cheese, sour cream, avocado and tortilla chips.
