Rind of 1 lemon, grated
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 cup ice water
1 1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix the above ingredients together. Make small meatballs. Broil on cookie sheet until brown. Serve with your favorite pasta and sauce.
