4 Eggs,
2 small or 1 large Libby's pumpkin,
2 Cup sugar,
1 tsp. salt,
2 can Evaporated milk 12 oz,
1 1/2 tsp allspice,
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
4 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Always stir pumpkin pie with a spoon, do not use a mixer. Combine slightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt, & spices. Add pumpkin then sir in evaporated milk. Bake at 425 for 15 min. then 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 2 9" pies.

Baking time may increase the more pies you bake at one time. Poke a knife in the middle to test if done. When the knife comes out clean pie is done.
