1/4 c. plain no fat yogurt
1/4 c. light sour cream
2 tsp honey
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
16 baby carrots
3 stalks broccoli, cut into florets
16 cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dipping sauce by combining yogurt, sour cream, honey, and mustard into a small bowl.
Create each tree by putting two baby carrots side-by-side to create the truck.. Next, arrange broccoli florets around the carrots to create the leaves. Create a second tree on each plate. Spoon dip around the base of the carrots, and sprinkle with chopped parsley to create the grass. Add four cherry tomatoes around the plate.
