1 lb. round steak- cut into strips; 1/4 c. salad oil; 1 clove garlic minced; 1 tbsp. soy sauce (put more); 1 tsp salt; 1/4 c. water; 1 c. green peppers cut in 1-inch pieces; 1 c. chopped celery; 1 c. chopped onion; 1 tbsp. corn starch; 1 c. water; 2 tomatoes cut into eights

Directions:
Brown meat in oil, add garlic, cook until yellow. Add soy sauce, salt, 1/4 c. water, cover and cook 45 min. Add peppers, celery, and onion. Cook 10 min. Stir in cornstarch blended with 1 c. water, add tomatoes and cook 5 min.
