2 tbsps. olive oil
2 chicken breasts with bone
salt and pepper
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbsps. brandy
½ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet (skin side down) and brown for 10 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for another minute. Remove chicken.

Add brandy, broth and mustard, return chicken to skillet. Simmer, covered for approximately 20 minutes (or until chicken is fully cooked.) Remove chicken and boil the liquid on high until liquid reduces ¼. Spoon mixture over chicken.
