4 eggs ( May use Scramblers or other egg substitute)
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 quart whipping cream
5 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs one at a time. Slowly add sugar until thick and lemon colored. Add the rest of the ingredients. Put in ice cream freezer. Alternate ice and rock salt around container.
