2 c. milk
8 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups light cream (half & half)
1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
4 c. heavy cream
2 c. miniature marshmellows
1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the milk and chocolate in a heavy sauce pan. Cook over medium heat intil chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add the sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. (except for marshmellows, choc. chips, and pecans)Cover and refrigerate until cold. Freeze in an ice cream machine following manufacturer's direction. When the ice cream is almost dine, add the marshmellows, chocolate chips and pecans.
