1 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breast (cubed)
1 medium onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. vegetable oil

2 can Great Northern beans
2 cans chicken broth
1 can green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 C. sour cream
1/2 C. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute first four ingredients.

Add everything with the exception of the sour cream and whipping cream. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes.

Before serving: Add sour cream and whipping cream.

I add a dollop of sour cream to the top of the soup, for presentation.
